I had a mixed experience at the Hilton Quebec. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Old Quebec, but the room itself felt outdated and lacked basic amenities. The service was hit or miss; while some staff were helpful, the check-in was quite frustrating, especially arriving late to a room that wasn't ready. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the view, but I wouldn't stay here again based on my overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
My room was drab and dark, with no fridge or snacks, and the coffee machine was outdated. The sound isolation was poor, making it hard to sleep due to noise from the hallway and outside. Overall, it felt more like a 3-star hotel than 4 stars.
Service
5.0
While the support staff were friendly and professional, my check-in was disappointing as we waited too long for our room to be made up, and no apology was offered.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is awesome, just steps away from Old Quebec and nearby shops and restaurants, which made exploring super easy.
Dining

The breakfast options were decent but a little pricey. I did enjoy the variety of pastries and fruits available.
Facilities

The gym was nice, but I was disappointed that the pool had restricted access after 8 PM, which didn’t allow for late-night relaxation.

I had a lovely stay at Hilton Quebec with my family. The location is fantastic, right near the heart of Old Quebec, and we enjoyed a great view of the Parliament building. However, the service during breakfast was a bit slow, and I found the prices to be quite high, especially for the buffet. Overall, a solid experience, but there’s room for improvement in some areas.

Rooms

Our room was nicely furnished and comfortable, featuring a spacious desk for work and a king-sized bed. We even had a lovely view of the Old Town and St. Lawrence River, which was a highlight of our stay.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, quickly resolving a small issue we had. However, the breakfast service was surprisingly slow despite the high energy in the lobby area.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is perfect—just outside the gates of the old city and within walking distance to major attractions like Rue St Jean and the Plains of Abraham. It made exploring Old Quebec really easy.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent, though we found the restaurant prices quite steep for what was offered. I wasn't thrilled about paying $24 for the breakfast buffet, especially when there are many other options nearby.
Facilities
8.0
The outdoor heated pool was a favorite for the kids, even in winter. Other facilities included room service and valet parking, which added convenience to our stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Quebec, anchored by its fantastic location near Old Town and stunning views of the Parliament building. However, my experience was dampened by some service issues and less-than-stellar noise isolation in my room. The limited dining options didn't quite meet my expectations either, particularly after long days of exploring the city.

Rooms
6.0
My room offered a beautiful view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, I experienced significant noise from both the corridor and outside, which made it difficult to relax.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and did their best to assist with any requests. However, the initial check-in process was frustrating due to room availability issues that were not handled well.
Location
10.0
The location is amazing, just outside Old Town and within walking distance to various attractions, making it easy to explore the city's charm.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast options were decent, with a variety of selections, but I wished for more variety in the dining menu available for dinner. After a long day, the limited choices were disappointing.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were generally good, but access to the pool area was restricted after 8 PM, which was a letdown. The gym was nothing special but adequate for a hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Quebec for a wonderful four nights. The location is perfect for exploring, just outside the old city and close to great restaurants. However, there was a small hiccup with connecting rooms that the staff couldn't quite accommodate smoothly.

Rooms
8.0
The double queen room I stayed in was average-sized with comfortable beds, though I would have preferred the connecting rooms configuration we initially requested. The views were fantastic, overlooking the pool area and the city.
Service
6.0
While most of the staff were professional and courteous, I did have an encounter with a staff member who was not as helpful. This affected my overall experience slightly, despite the positive service from others.
Location

The hotel's location is excellent. it made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable, just a short walk to Old City and local shops.
Dining
8.0
Dining options were enjoyable. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious, though I found the breakfast buffet could use more variety, especially for a hotel of this class.
Facilities
8.0
The rooftop pool was a highlight of my stay. However, I do think the layout of the pool area could be improved with more seating options and landscaping.

My stay at Hilton Quebec was overall pleasant, with a great location near Old Quebec, though the noise from the executive lounge above my room was an issue. The staff were friendly and helpful, which really added to my experience. However, I noticed some wear and tear in the room, and the pool had limited access hours. I enjoyed the breakfast, but I encountered some confusion about the tokens needed for it.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a room on the 22nd floor with a nice view, but it was a bit cramped, particularly the bathroom. There was also noticeable noise from the restaurant above, which disturbed my peace at times. Overall, the room was clean but could definitely use some updates.
Service
9.0
The service was really good, with staff being extremely friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay despite the hotel being busy with a conference.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from Old Quebec, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the convenience of being near various attractions, although the walk back up the hill can be a bit challenging after a long day.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, though I faced some confusion regarding the tokens issued for it. Once seated, the service improved, and the food was delicious. It's just a shame that the process wasn't clear.
Facilities
7.0
The gym was well-equipped, but the pool was small and had limited hours for use. I also found the water dispensers in the lobby helpful for refilling my bottles during the day.
